Research in the field of judicial security in terms of its relationship to the rights andfreedoms of individuals and as one of the violators of the fundamental human rightsof governments, which in various ways, including legislation on fundamental rightsand freedoms Violators need to identify the criteria and flaws in human rightsdocuments. In recent years, following the discussion of human rights issues andobjections to some legal provisions, the legislature has taken the appropriateapproach in amending the Islamic Penal Code and criminal procedure, as well as indrafting The Charter of Citizenship addresses these issues as much as possible and isin line with international human rights standards. In this regard, Iranian law on thenecessity of reasoning and legal documentation of detention is in full compliancewith international human rights law, especially Article 9 of the InternationalCovenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the country's laws in this regard are notflawed.
